Who is the Purebody Protocol designed for?

The Purebody Protocol is tailor made for busy men at any level of fitness or life stage with one common denominator; self improvement. It encapsulates every aspect of our training including function, strength, mobility and nutrition. 

Is this program custom built for me?

Yes both our training and nutrition program is designed to be 100% customisable to your current goals, situation and needs. Every client begins their journey with a comprehensive onboarding form and testing week so we can custom build every program to best suit your training and nutrition goals plus fit into your busy lifestyle.

What is the Purebody Strandard?

The 'Purebody Standard' is a fixed week of training completed at week 0 (baseline) and every 13 weeks onward. We tests all key lifts and movement patterns at full range of motion. You score a total of 100 points if you are exception at each of the key movements. This is used to design your 12 week training block. We re-test at week 13.  

How long is the Purebody Protocol?

We've design this to span over a 14 week training block including two test weeks (week 0 and week 13). This means you have 3 phases of training, phase A (week 1-4), phase B (4-8) and phase C (8-12). This monthly change in training allows you to progressively overload then adjust the stimulus to ensure you bust through plateaus and never go stagnant in your progress.  

How many days a week do I train?

Once onboarded you will have a choice between training 4, 5 and 6 days per week. You will also receive daily 'at-home' 15-minute mobility which can be done before, after or seperate to your workouts.

Do I need access to a gym?

No - the whole Purebody training program can be completed with bodyweight, if required, and is scaled to every level of fitness. The App provides bodyweight alternatives and regressions for every movement.

Do you promise this will work for me?
